FAROS is an open community for the people building in Cyprus. The premise is simple: when exceptional builders collide often enough, companies start appearing. Everything we run — the Registry, the events, the introductions — exists to make those collisions happen on purpose rather than by luck.
Roughly fifteen founder-support programmes run on this island at any one time, more per person than the UK, and no shared way to find the right one. You should not have to already know the right person in order to find the right person.
Our goal is to architect the ecosystem that turns those companies into unicorns.
The Registry
A living, verified map of Cyprus’s founders, investors, specialists, grant programmes and open roles. Search it for a co-founder, a first engineer, a specialist who has solved your problem before, or the grant you did not know existed. Every other pillar runs on it — it is the asset, not a feature.
